POSSIBLE CAUSE: 1. Possible obstruction stops the door 2. Door becomes sticky, spring broken & not properly balanced from usage overtime, so door becomes too heavy for the preset closing and opening force margin.
SOLUTION: 1. Remove the possible objects on the door way 2. Operate door manually to ensure that the door operating force is less than 15 Kg, perform maintenance and service the door & springs if necessary 3. Re-adjust the open & closing limits or re-set the door force margin if necessary (see opener's Installation Instruction).
