POSSIBLE CAUSE: 1. Optional Infra Red Protection Device (IRP) is activated
2. Optional ALS Device is activated (RDO only).
SOLUTION: 1. Check beam from IRP device is broken or not in alignment
2. Check if the ALS Device is engaged (unlocking the lock). Note: Information above is for general guidance only and can vary case by case.
