POSSIBLE CAUSE: Aged rolling door installed with a new opener, but the tension of the door spring is not adjusted properly, the door bloomed when closing.
SOLUTION: Re-tension the spring and re-set the opener margin force (see opener's Installation Instruction). Note: Information above is for general guidance only and can vary case by case.
